A skilled staff composed of dedicated professionals has been recruited to make the curriculum come alive and to make The Model School a true model school alternative.
Each classroom staff is composed of a headteacher and co-teachers or instructional assistants.
All headteachers at The Model School meet and generally exceed state requirements. Co-teachers may be qualified teachers, while instructional assistants are experienced caregivers or teachers in training.
